The program (offered in live-online and in-person formats) features classroom training, theory, discussion, and supervised practice applying the step-by-step methodology of the Cape Cod Model in coaching individuals. Through demos and over 2 hours daily in group practicum sessions applying the Cape Cod Model in one-on-one coaching, participants will explore and expand upon the ways they use themselves in the coaching process. We'll explore how working with individuals is similar to and different from working with small groups, and participants will clarify their understanding of the role of a coach, better appreciate the difference between coaching and therapy, learn about coaching within organizations, and discuss challenging cases
