The GBMP TWI workshop is a 4-day comprehensive program designed to give participants a deep understanding of the concepts and principles of creating a standardized training process, and implementing it within an organization. TWI is used by many companies, including Toyota, as a standardized method for training new hires, as well as cross-training the current workforce. After taking this class attendees should be able to: • Understand the principles of TWI • Be able to set up a multi-function worker training table • Train employees on TWI concepts • Introduce TWI to the shop floor
