On-site training is for managers in charge of interdepartmental workflow assignments, program management, and project management, for the purpose of improving time management and planning. Following an instructor led self-assessment of time management skills, managers will identify strengths and areas for improvement. Printout participant guides and instructor led discussion will help the group of leaders identify and implement best practices around effective daily planning, avoiding procrastination, delegation, and problem solving, and self-care. Examples and case studies will be presented for reflection and implementation of time management strategies going forward to support a culture of productivity with reduced stress.
