Training is provided via a blended learning methodology. On-site classroom learning and virtual training is available. Subjects include: Evolving Customer Experiences to meet changing Customer needs, Ensuring safety through "zone coverage" of the retail environment, and Delivering a Universal-Employee model to Customers. Training methods include a variety of the following instructor led: lecture, discussion, reading, self-assessments, planning simulations, role play, video clips, case studies, demonstrations, group break-outs and brainstorms, group and individual presentations. This training is intended for any employee working within a branch setting including front line staff and the people who manage them.
