Subjects include: Key Attributes of an Effective Coach, What Coaching is and Isn't, One on One and Situational Coaching, Setting the Stage and Expectations for Successful Coaching, Developmental Coaching Strategies, Coaching to Levels of Performance. Training methods include a variety of the following instructor led: lecture, discussion, reading, self-assessments, planning simulations, role play, video clips, case studies, demonstrations, group break-outs and brainstorms, group and individual presentations. Training is suited for those who lead employees through growth and development within the organization.
