On-site training is for managers in charge of formally observing employees for feedback on sales and service performance. This coaching approach is structured. Coaching methodology and frequency for formal observations, approaches to assessing individual performance against business goals and established sales and service processes, and how to translate feedback into action plans based on those observations, support both personal professional growth of those assessed and the growth of the business.
