This sixteen-hour workshop will introduce attendees to the Improvement Kata and the Coaching Kata. Attendees will be introduced to forms used to track their improvements and the 5-Questions card. All attendees will get to practice the 4-steps of the Improvement Kata and the Coaching Kata during simulations designed to make the Kata experience easy to learn and understand.
After taking this class attendees should be able to:
Define what Kata is and how it helps develop a culture of Everybody Everyday.
Understand the Coaching Kata routine for teaching the Improvement Kata.
Understand the 4-steps of the Improvement Kata.
Make IK/CK part of an Everybody Everyday method of improvement.
