A team building exercise which will teach participants the standards that great teammates and great leaders must consistently meet in order to create a world-class culture. The group will be divided into teams and presented with a series of Leadership Reaction Course (LRC) stations spread out along a trail. The objective is to successfully complete all LRCs and reach the end of the course as efficiently as possible. At each LRC, a volunteer “leader” will be tasked with a mission for their team to accomplish.
We will coach your team on
improving their teamwork and leadership skills, with a focus on communication, accountability,
and effective listening.
