This interactive workshop provides attendees with strategic techniques for managing time and priorities in order to be more productive and engaged while working on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Topics include practical tools to identify priorities, reduce interruptions, distinguish between urgent vs. important tasks, and ways to reduce stress. The program format includes a combination of lectures, small-group and whole-group discussions, polls, and time for self-reflection.
