For small to medium sized businesses managing a systems of metrics, reports and operational meetings can be a difficult load to carry when balancing a manager's day to day job. This course will highlight the important of meeting and reports in establishing effective management systems while educating trainees on how to execute these responsibilities in a way that support execution rather than impeding it. This is a great course for middle/supervisory managers. Trainees will be able to articulate the scope and purpose of each required procedure. This will be a hybrid class environment with a mix of virtual and in person meetings. Students will take part in lectures, hands on exercises and group discussions throughout this course.
