This course is designed to teach all attendees (front line, office and supervisors/managers) that 5S is a foundational Lean system for organizing spaces so work can be performed efficiently, effectively, and safely. This system focuses on putting everything where it belongs and keeping the workplace clean and efficient, which makes it easier for people to do their jobs without wasting time or risking injury. At the end of this in-person, on-site workshop, attendees will have an understanding of what good 5S practice looks like, and how to implement it into their work stations/areas to reduce/eliminate wasteful activities. |
