EANE’s HR Leadership Certificate Series is a unique combination of monthly facilitator-led sessions and intersession work to be completed during work hours for HR professionals. Each participant will work with an executive coach for one hour every 3 weeks (total 8 hours). Participants will spend a total of 40 hours in the classroom and an additional 12 hours completing assignments during work hours in between sessions. Participants will understand core competencies that HR Professionals bring to leadership-level discussions. Competencies include:

• Business Acumen (including financial acumen)
