Six Sigma is a statistical approach to improving business and manufacturing processes through variation reduction to reduce defects and improve product quality. GBMP’s Six Sigma Green Belt course is an 8-day program with four 2-day modules for each of the Six Sigma “road map” steps: Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. It is designed to provide both instruction and hands-on training as attendees are required to complete a green belt project during the program. This 8-day course is appropriate for all levels and disciplines within the organization. It is especially relevant for technically oriented employees in manufacturing environments as well as those in transactional and service functions such as Material Control, IT, Finance, etc.
