This program is perfect for those strong performers that were promoted to supervisor, but have had no formal supervisory training. Also, a great opportunity for those employees to be cultivated to a supervisory position.
Topics will include: Introduction to Leadership, Effective Communication Skills, Team Building, Assertiveness, Crisis Management, Employee Relations, Time Management, Planning and Goal Setting, Project Management, Decision Making and Problem Solving, Change Management, Cultural Awareness, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Counselling Skills, and Mentoring. Training will include lecture, discussion, case studies and power point slides.
Must have minimum of 13 trainees to run training.
