This course will aim to provide trainees a simplistic and organized approach to developing meaningful sales objectives. Trainees will analyze their organization's current sales landscape and develop actionable sales objectives that will drive sales volume. The course will also provide an in-depth look at best practices for managing and achieving new sales objectives. Trainees will be able to articulate the scope and purpose of each required procedure. This will
be a hybrid class environment with a mix of virtual and in person meetings. Students will take part in lectures, hands on exercises and group discussions throughout this course.
