Change is inevitable and leaders must be prepared to guide their teams from familiar conditions to new territory. Change management concepts, such as Kubler-Ross's Change Curve, will be explored. Case studies and role playing will be used to illustrate the application of theory to the workplace. Training will include lecture, discussion, case studies and power point slides.
