Description:

This training incorporates both instruction and class exercises in an effort to share best practices for effective problem solving and decision making. Participants are encouraged to bring example problems (currently unsolved) from their own work life as objects for the “tacit learning” exercises. A cross functional team approach is emphasized to enhance creativity. This course takes a “road map” approach with well-defined steps and tools that are applicable to a wide variety of problem types. Training will include lecture, discussion, case studies and power point slides. |
