In module 2 students will learn and understand the techniques of managing and that it is a team-based activity that follows a process. The leaders will be trained on the essentials in the basic manufacturing disciplines needed for success. This class is a mix of classroom discussion and hands on activities. Topics include: Production Planning, Cost & Capacity, Standard Work, Job Instructions and the basic components of Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing).
