Part 2 of the LEADS Executive Fellowship program concentrates on the themes of strategy, leadership, power & influence and teaming, culminating in the development of local context as we begin the process of systems analysis on some of the most prominent and pressing issues at the local and community level. Part 2 of this 3 part program, which is built of organizational and business leaders, also includes an in-residence intensive model with multiple day and an overnight.
