The DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) method is the heart of Six Sigma. This course introduces the DMAIC Roadmap and Six Sigma key concepts. It covers the Define phase with the project charter, along with the beginning of the Measure phase, limited to knowledge-based tools. This course can also pull together disjointed training programs into a cohesive whole and demonstrate how the DMAIC roadmap can start to develop projects to support a continuous improvement effort. Training is designed for managers or technicians who need to know how to support Green or Black Belt projects. It is instructor-led, with opportunities to practice learned skills, available onsite at your organization or virtually.
