Supply Chain Management Implementation 1 is designed to follow on the learnings in Supply Chain Management Planning. This training focus is on the development of a company's management team to learn how to address higher-level improvements. Students will be trained on understanding how a supply chain supports a company's goals and how to communicate that down through the entire supply chain. The topics discussed will be learning how to implement Key Performance Indicators to measure progress towards goals and how to gather that information, how to communicate goals to vendors while maintaining transparency and honesty, and how to develop scorecards etc. Delivered onsite for management level. |
