In module 3 the training will focus on de-risking a supply chain as well as reinforcing the concepts learned from the previous modules. There will be an introduction to new tools such as FMEA's and Supplier Audits. These tools enable mitigation of risks in supply chains and students will be trained on how to utilize them. Topics covered are: the types of risks inherently in supply chains, using FMEA to uncover risks and what to address first, supplier audits, supplier development, and other risk mitigation techniques. Delivered onsite for management level, mix of discussion and hands on activities to learn the new tools and topics. |
