This 3-hour DEI session will focus on giving your team a shared foundation of, and common language, for DEI topics. We will dive into understanding the terms diversity, equity, and inclusion and what they may look like at work. Followed by spending some time building our skills to engage productively in this work such as dialogue, cultural self-awareness, vulnerability, and noticing bias. Lastly, we will shift to action by looking at all this within our own spheres of influence to begin to think about how we can make a difference as we strive to create equitable and inclusive work communities. The format will be dialogic and interactive in nature.
