Positive Influence is the route to creating a company culture that will attract and keep top talent, improve productivity, and differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
This course is designed to equip students with actionable steps to creating a positive influence in their current company culture. Students will be given examples of positive and negative influences on company culture, and have the chance to identify the differences between them.
