A Kaizen Event is an intense, focused, and short-term project in which a cross-functional team makes rapid improvements to a process. Through lecture and classroom exercises, this course prepares participants to utilize Kaizen Events in their organization’s overall improvement strategy, to deliver quick sustainable improvements while reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction. Training is designed for a range of participants, including process owners, supervisors, managers, and leaders, who will be responsible for process improvement initiatives. It is also appropriate for employees who are not confident about continuous improvement and will help build their confidence. Training is available on-site at your organization.
