We measure performance to improve performance but it can be a large and complex task. Participants learn measurement system requirements, how to determine what to measure and then develop measurements specific to their areas of responsibility. They also learn to develop measurement for problem solving support. The objective of the course is to provide a practical approach on how to design and implement a performance measurement system. This course, targeted to managers and upper management, will be taught in person in a mix of class lecture, group discussion and hands-on exercises that provide usable measurements.
