This on-site, in-person course provides an introduction to the (ISO) International Organization for Standardization - its infrastructure, the standard's development process and how company procedures affect day-to-day operations. It will give a basic idea about the standard, its benefits, and what a properly functioning QMS (Quality Management System) can do for a company's effectivity and profitability. We also cover registrar audits - what to expect, and how to answer questions. This course is designed for any level in the organization (front line, office staff, managers) who are new to QMS' and want to learn about them. Course can also be done remotely (live via video conference).
