This training examines the ingredients of an effective mentoring program. After completing this course, participants will be able to more effectively coach and mentor employees to improve job performance, better manage workplace relationships, increase communication and build rapport with their team. Topics throughout this training will meet all learner types and reinforced through visual charts, lecture, group discussion, case studies and assessments. The training method of instruction will follow the Bristol’s Covid 19 policy to determine whether training can be delivered face to face. This training can be delivered in person Face to Face, virtual via Zoom, partially self-paced, or hybrid and is subject to change. |
