In today’s work environment it is vital for supervisors to know basic labor laws and regulations. It is vital that supervisors are aware of workplace policies, labor laws governing all aspects of leave, substance abuse policies with the legalization of marijuana, the bounds of interviewing, and hiring and firing to avoid making costly mistakes. Topics throughout this training will meet all learner types and reinforced through visual charts, lecture, group discussion, case studies and assessments.
