This live online or in-person personality Inventory training uses the Hogan HPI assessment to provide insights into the strengths of leaders and executives and how others perceived them when they are at their best. This is critical as the assessment is based on 360 feedback that looks at how people show up with leaders, peers, and subordinates. It also helps individuals gain an understanding of their value and how best to use these talents as they continue to grow and develop. We will use a combination of instruction, discussion, and self-discovery for this course. There are no additional fees for this course.
