This live online or onsite course uses the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) to describe the dark side of personality – qualities that emerge in times of increased strain and can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail peoples’ chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, leaders recognize and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem. Through this course, executives and managers will review these watch-outs, build strategies to address them, and help leaders push themselves to manage their emotions / responses during times of stress. We will use a combination of instruction, discussion, and self-discovery for this course. There are no additional fees for this course.
