As Google makes available free applications, use is rising. At its core, GWS, is 4 tools: Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides. As online tools accessibility is prevalent, thus its most powerful feature is the ability to share documents. This course is designed to introduce each of the 4 major tools especially around alignment of Google Workspace capabilities with Microsoft 365. With the use of Google Applications increasing in education and offices, the course is generally applicable to all who rely on office software tools. No prerequisite. The course is offered virtually, and, logistics permitting, in person. Courses are instructor led with students encouraged to bring practical workplace situations to class as learning examples.
