Training is provided via a blended learning methodology. On-site classroom learning and virtual training is available. Subjects include: Leadership level understanding of DEI language including unconscious bias, stereotypes, prejudice, equity, including, belonging, microaggression/micro-inequities, and more. Review of workplace inequity data to motivate for commitment to diversity. Experiential learning regarding the impact of bias and privledge. Exploration of next-steps and actions for individual contributors as well as leaders to create great inclusivity and diversity.
