On-site training is for managers and employees who work in teams and/or interface with peers or customers. The focus of this training session is to enhance the understanding of DEI - diversity, equity, and inclusion. Focus includes an understanding of DEI language including unconscious bias, stereotypes, prejudice, equity, inclusion, belonging, and microaggression/micro-inequties. Training includes group break-outs and brainstorms, case studies, role play, and facilitated group discussion, for the purpose of experiential learning regarding the impact of bias and privilege. Training will encourage a workplace culture emphasizing inclusion and the ability to self-reflect on DEI considerations.
