Subjects include: Key attributes of effective coaches, what coaching is versus is-not, types of coaching, developmental coaching strategies, coaching to levels of performance, assessing performance, and more. Learners will gain an understanding of formal coaching versus on-the-spot feedback as well as how to incorporate these skills into day-to-day management and leadership routines. Training is suited for those who lead employees through growth and development within the organization.
