In this course, participants will learn about Personality Type Theory and the Myers-Briggs® Framework, gain a greater awareness of their strengths and potential blind spots, and increase their appreciation of personality type differences. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will allow the participants to build greater awareness of personality types, develop a common language for self-awareness, identify ways to use personality differences constructively to improve personal interactions and team performance and learn to work through interpersonal differences without judgment. The ideal audience for this course is managers, team members and interested professionals.
