Being able to effectively compensate employees based on their performance is directly correlated with the success of an organization. Trainees will learn how to fairly compensate employees on performance, position, responsibilities & company budget. Once the compensation plan is identified, this course will go into detail about how to properly review with the employee.
This will be a hybrid class environment with a mix of virtual & in person meetings. Students will take part in lectures, hands on exercises & group discussions throughout this course. The ideal audience for this course is business owners, sales managers, project managers and HR managers. |
