This course will give trainees the tools to evaluate their organization's current Succession plan and identify changes that need to be made. Trainees will finish this course knowing how to effectively pass along leadership roles in every part of the organization. The tools learned in this course will give trainees the groundwork to create an organization-specific succession plan that will allow the company to continually operate smoothly even while going through change.
This will be a hybrid class environment with a mix of virtual and in person meetings. Students will take part in lectures, hands on exercises and group discussions throughout this course. The ideal audience for this course is business owners, finance and HR professionals |
