Strategic Planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy or direction and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy. This course will guide trainees on properly analyzing and assessing the organization's current landscape and map out different techniques for effectively communicating and managing the new strategic plan.
This will be a hybrid class environment with a mix of virtual and in person meetings. Students will take part in lectures, hands on exercises and group discussions throughout this course. The ideal audience for this course is any professional in an upper level management role. |
