Understanding how to manage effective change is crucial for every organization. Trainees will take a 360 view of their current organization and identify what needs to be improved. The course will aim to plan for this change effectively, create the groundwork for implementation, and ultimately successfully implement the change. This course will also emphasize the importance of effective communication throughout the change process.
This will be a hybrid class environment with a mix of virtual and in person meetings. Students will take part in lectures, hands on exercises and group discussions throughout this course. The ideal audience for this course is business owners, project managers, and professionals in management positions.
