In this course, we will cover topics such as your critical process, and teach you tools in order to create a well-rounded critical process which in turn allows for a smoother workflow. To solidify your understanding, you will create level 10 rocks and a 90-day goal document. Then, we'll employ the tools learned to examine the level 10 rocks further, which will enable you to prioritize the goals described in the 90 day goals. Who: Sr Mgrs and Mid level Mgrs in any function or industry will really benefit as employees will be more efficient with their time as their goals, critical process and expectations will be established and they should have a clear and easy path to accomplishing them.
