Presentation skills are some of the most sought after in every industry. All leaders can learn to showcase themselves and share their thoughts, while building trust with listeners--live or virtually. Participants will: Assess communication strengths and areas that need improvement, learn to present with 'executive presence', organize meetings and presentations, analyze listeners, create interaction, speak with impact, influence and persuade, deliver authentically, communicate non-verbally, handle tough questions, control stress, and maximize visuals. Participants will work through this program over 2 days. Time is reserved for practice and feedback. All are encouraged to bring real world challenges and opportunities into this training. |
