Description:

Within the Leadership Execution, Balance, and Culture training managers and executives will learn how to execute leadership as a service, and support change at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Participants will learn how to foster a culture of possibility, value creation, and respect. This training will focus on how to create a personal balance between leadership, relationships, and a healthy lifestyle. This course is a combination of online and self-paced. It is delivered virtually to a group of 3-6 participants in a mix of group discussion and presentation setting. This course is beneficial for leaders and managers within the organization. |
