Description:

Leadership Purpose and Future-Focused Action training will teach Managers and executives how to better prepare for future growth, challenges, and changes in strategic direction by making flexible long-range plans and specific near-term targets and milestones. Participants will learn how to sustain focus and results under pressure and lead a big-picture, purpose-driven mission. There are 4 pillars of mastery that prepare participants to lead transformations: time, energy, focus and action. These 4 pillars build a foundation of beliefs, habits, and routines. This course is a combination of online and self-paced. It is delivered virtually to a group of 3-6 participants in a mix of group discussion and presentation setting. |
