This course will review the basic elements of effective supervision and include a discussion of leadership style, motivating employees, delegation, evaluating performance, communicating with employees, managing conflicts in the workplace, managing time and resources, and work plan development. Case studies and examples are utilized. Highlights include Project Management, Time Management, Team Building, Decision Making, and Effective Communication. Instructional method will be hybrid. Taking this course will refresh managers basic skills and will equip new and experienced managers with key tools to drive teams effectively. Ideal candidates include new and experienced managers.
