Description:

“Big picture” or holistic thinking is used by effective strategic thinkers in the workplace to generate a range of ideas. In this training program, participants will develop strategic thinking, evaluate how systems thinking can elevate perspective, and better understand cause and effect. Each person will be able to describe how understanding an organization’s value chain can lead to more effective implementation. Taking this course will help managers and employees fully understand the procedures and protocols, identify the colleague you are working with, and evaluating what action item needs to be completed based on the information that is presented. The ideal audience for this course is new and experienced managers. |
