In this course, participants will learn how to optimize employee performance through effective coaching and professional development. We will cover Situational Leadership, the four styles of leadership, how to provide constructive feedback, Empathic Leadership, Attributes of Effective Leaders, and how to develop trusting and open relationships with others. Using the current and actual performance and development levels of team members, participants will identify gaps in skill levels and performance and create Talent Development Plans to immediately implement following the training. Participants will practice coaching and giving others feedback. Instruction is provided using the Adult Learning Model and can be virtual, in person, or hybrid.
