This short, but impactful training is the perfect way for an employer to provide communication training for its entire staff. Participants will learn about behavioral styles, including their own, using a basic DISC assessment, as well as how their individual communication compares to others, exploring natural conflicts and what they can do to better communicate. Employees who gain communication confidence are more productive, better handle customer requests and build stronger relationships leading to higher revenue and lower turnover. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, projects, and individual assessments.
