This training will cover the concepts of innovation, continuous process improvement, providing tangible procedures and methods that can easily be incorporated into everyday tasks as well major processes. Employees will gain a solid foundation and identify ways to sustain improved practices. Participants will develop skills to become the driving force for continuous improvement by learning to identify opportunities for increased productivity. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, projects, and individual assessments.
