A company on a journey of continuous improvement depends on employees to identify areas for process improvement and to implement those improvements in simple everyday tasks as well as in major processes. Individual support of a long-term approach to continuous improvement is critical. Through this training, employees from all company functions will gain a clear understanding of the concepts of continuous improvement, their roles and its impacts on company’s strategy. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, projects, and individual assessments.
